With 14 years of experience in the industry, working for one of New Zealand’s largest insurers, I have gained skills in relationship and customer management, process design and implementation, sales, and training. However, my main passion has always been people. I thrive on helping others and driving continuous improvement, and my role as Business Improvement Lead allows me to do just that!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family (which usually involves lots of food). My 20-year-old and a Border Collie keep my partner and me on our toes.
