I’ve always believed that a seamless home loan journey is built on the perfect mix of technical precision and genuine human connection – a belief that has guided my 7-year career across the financial services in New Zealand and Australia.

I’ve worn many hats in the home loans world, from being an adviser myself to leading an offshore loan administration team, and for the last two and a half years, I’ve been at Apex Advice supporting our advisers and clients.

My passion lies in “greasing the wheels” of the lending process – whether that’s diving into complex bank criteria, improving our internal workflows, or mentoring my team to ensure every application moves smoothly toward settlement.

Outside of work, I’m a firm believer in balance and stay active within my community. I bring that same positive, people-focused energy to the office, where I’m motivated by solving challenges and building the kind of supportive environment where our team and our advisers can truly thrive.
