- The promoter is Apex Advice Limited, Level 3, 264 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden, Auckland (“Apex Advice”).
- The promotion commences on 5 June 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 30 June 2026.
- To be eligible for entry, participants must book and attend a complimentary consultation with an Apex Advice adviser before 1 July 2026 and complete an insurance review with Apex Advice. Appointments can be booked via the Insurance for Professionals webpage or directly with an Apex Advice adviser.
- Entry is limited to one entry per person. Multiple consultations do not result in additional entries.
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
- The draw will take place within 10 business days of the promotion closing date at the Apex Advice office.
- The winner will receive one year of professional membership of their choice, up to a maximum value of NZD $1,000 (including GST). The prize covers one year of membership only and does not include any subsequent renewal. The membership must be with a recognised professional association or industry body relevant to the winner’s profession and is subject to approval by Apex Advice.
- If the selected membership exceeds NZD $1,000, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Apex are not responsible for completing applications or acceptance of membership applications.
- The winner will be notified by email or phone within three business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five business days, Apex Advice reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
- By participating in the promotion, entrants agree that Apex Advice may use their first name and profession for promotional purposes relating to the announcement of the winner, unless otherwise requested by the winner.
- Apex Advice employees, contractors, advisers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Apex Advice reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, cancel, or otherwise modify the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Apex Advice shall be final.
- To the extent permitted by law, Apex Advice accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising directly or indirectly from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.
- By entering the promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- No Obligation to Purchase: Entry into the prize draw is strictly based on the completion of a financial review. There is no requirement or obligation for the Referee to purchase any financial products or services, or to pay any fee, to be eligible for the draw. Participation in the review is the sole requirement for entry.
