Refer a friend - Terms & Conditions

  1. The organiser is Apex Advice Limited, Eden 4, Level 1B/16 Normanby Road, Mt Eden, Auckland, 1024.
  2. Promotion starts 23 December 2025, is ongoing and will continue until terminated by the organiser at its sole discretion.
  3. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the draw at any time without notice.
  4. The organiser reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude the promotion at any time should circumstances dictate. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Apex Advice Limited is final.
  5. Personal information provided as part of this promotion will be collected and used to administer the referral and prize draw, and in accordance with Apex Advice Group Limited’s Privacy Policy. If you are referring a third party, you confirm you have informed them that their details will be provided to Apex Advice Limited.
  6. Nothing in these terms limits any rights under New Zealand consumer law.
  7. The Referee must be aged 18 or over at the time of this Promotion for it to be available.
  8. To be eligible for the draw, ensure your friend is first referred via this page when booking and completing their no-obligation financial review – either through the entry form, or if calling 0800 809 009 – they need to mention they were referred through the ‘Refer a Friend’ page.
  9. Promotion eligibility is limited to first-time clients referred by a friend or family member (existing or new).
  10. The draw will take place at the end of each month at the Apex Advice office.
  11. One pair of winners will be selected at random from all valid entries (referrer and the friend who has been referred).
  12. The pair of winners will receive a $50 Prezzy Card gift card, each. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
  13. The winners will be notified by email within 3 days of the draw. The winner will have 5 days to claim their prize and provide a valid postal address.
  14.  The prize will be sent to the addresses provided by the winners within 20 days of the prize draw.
  15. The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this draw. By entering the draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  16.  Apex Advice Limited staff and spouses are not eligible for the prize draw.
  17. No Obligation to Purchase: Entry into the prize draw is strictly based on the completion of a financial review. There is no requirement or obligation for the Referee to purchase any financial products or services, or to pay any fee, to be eligible for the draw. Participation in the review is the sole requirement for entry.
