- Promotion starts from 16 October 2026 to 18 December 2026. The promotion is ongoing and will continue until terminated by Apex Advice Limited at its sole discretion. Apex Advice Limited reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Entry is open to individuals who are aged 18 or over and are New Zealand residents. Employees of Apex Advice Group and their immediate family members, are not eligible to be in the draw.
- To enter, book a home loan conversation with an Apex Advice adviser during the Promotion Period at apexadvice.co.nz/home-loan, or directly with an adviser, and attend the appointment.
One entry per person, regardless of the number of conversations booked. Booking a conversation does not oblige you to take out, change or refinance a loan with Apex Advice or any lender. No purchase is necessary to enter. - One prize: payment of $5,000 will be paid directly to the winner. No cash alternative is offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is paid to an New Zealand account nominated by the winner. The winner is responsible for any tax implications of receiving the prize.
- The draw will take place on 21 December 2026 at Apex Advice Auckland office, and the winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified by phone and email by 22 December 2026. If we cannot contact the winner within 5 business days, or if the winner doesn’t meet these terms, we may draw a replacement winner. The decision of Apex Advice on all matters relating to the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering, you agree that we may collect and use your personal information to run the draw and to provide the home loan conversation you booked, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020. We will only send you marketing if you’ve agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
- We may cancel, change or suspend the promotion if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it necessary, or if we believe there has been fraud, cheating or misuse.
- The conversation is a general discussion of your options. Nothing in the promotion is a commitment to lend. Any lending is subject to lender criteria and approval.
