Apex is a financial advisory firm with a national footprint. We provide financial advice to consumers and small businesses with focus on mortgages, funds management and insurance. Head office is in Mt Eden, Auckland with regional offices in Tauranga, Hamilton, Hawkes Bay, Te Awamutu and Christchurch. This is a growing business with 85 staff nationwide, comprising financial advisers and operational teams.
We are now looking for a full time Salesforce Technical Architect based in Auckland office to join the growing team.
We want you to lead the design, development, and architectural enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalability, performance, and business alignment. This role demands hands-on expertise in Salesforce solutions, a proven track record in architecting complex systems, and the ability to innovate and drive excellence across our Salesforce implementations.
You will be involved in Salesforce Development and Architecture and have expertise in Salesforce architecture, with a proven ability to design and develop scalable, performance-oriented, and maintainable solutions that meet business requirements.
You will be experienced in Customisation and Configuration. By leading efforts to customise Salesforce environments through configuration where required, including, but not limited to, Page Layouts, Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, etc., to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Can you manage Code Review and Optimization? You would perform regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and scalability as well as optimise and enhance existing Salesforce implementations for improved performance.
Your role includes Integration and Data Migration. Strong integration experience is highly required. You would have demonstrable experience implementing end-to-end integration with Salesforce and external platforms/tools (with or without a middleware platform).
Be able to produce the required documentation. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment instructions.
And have excellent collaboration and communication skills.
