I’ve always believed that great customer experiences start with great people and that belief has shaped my 15+ year journey in service leadership and business operations.⁣
⁣
I started my working career in the Travel industry working various roles across leadership, continuous improvement and operations and entered financial services working for Smartshares (NZ Exchange) where I led the Member Services Team.⁣
⁣
I’m all about creating great experiences, whether that’s for customers or the teams I work with. Over the years, I’ve led high-performing teams, improved processes, supported digital transformation projects and helped improve efficiency in ways that make people’s jobs easier. I enjoy digging into challenges, finding better ways of working and creating an environment where people feel supported and able to do their best.⁣

Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of 2 boys (who keep me on my toes), love to travel and explore and I also run a youth cultural programme out of my local community centre where I also do alot of other volunteering work.⁣
⁣
I try to bring a positive, people-focused energy into everything I do, both professionally and personally. At the end of the day, I’m motivated by helping others, building strong relationships and making a meaningful difference wherever I can.
