Laura Dempsey

I’ve spent over a decade in the insurance industry. I started my insurance career straight out of university, where I graduated with a Postgraduate Degree in Communication Studies.

I spent over 5 years working for New Zealand’s largest life insurer in Auckland, developing a passion for helping people in their moments of need. I then made the move to beautiful Tauranga, and I’ve never looked back.

Since joining Apex Advice in 2017 as the Office Manager, I’ve developed my knowledge and skills to the point where it only seemed natural to leap to become a Financial Adviser myself.

I’m committed to protecting everyday Kiwis and see every day the importance of making sure you have a cover that suits your particular needs & budget.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my friends & family, road-tripping, being outdoors & climbing the Mount.

Our advisers are Specialists in their chosen areas, but they work closely with other Specialists within Apex Advice to provide you with tailored and holistic financial advice.
