Coming from a family of self employed people I spent my formative years in service roles learning about people and their wants and needs. This period of life included setting up my own café and successfully growing it year on year for 12 years.

During this time I realised that I wanted to add more value to the lives of my friends and family. Coming from a family of bankers and accountants I could see an area for me to add value to friends and family by demystifying the mysterious investment and insurance markets.

I spent the first half a dozen years of my journey as a financial adviser providing KiwiSaver advice with a little bit of insurance and Investment advice when the opportunity presented itself. Following that I jumped into the deep end and spent the previous 3 years focused on helping business owners protect their business assets with life and health solutions. These solutions namely took the form of Key Person covers, Debt protection covers, Shareholder protection and employee benefit schemes.

Joining the Apex Advice Group I am excited to continue to add value to a growing number of clients through helping protect their business and personal interests as well as helping them prepare for retirement by building a solid investment portfolio.
