Adam Goder

I’m based in Auckland and genuinely enjoy helping people protect what matters most to them. For me, my work has always been about people—building real relationships, earning trust, and being someone clients can rely on when it matters.

I’ve built my career across three different disciplines—cruise ships, education, and financial services—which has taken me around the world, allowing me to experience different cultures and connect with people from all walks of life. That experience has shaped a practical, down-to-earth approach to advice, where I focus on keeping things simple, clear, and tailored to each person’s situation.

At the core of what I do is helping clients put the right foundations in place—protecting what they’ve built, taking ownership of their financial position, and creating opportunities for the future. Whether it’s your income, your health, or your family, my goal is to give you confidence and peace of mind in the decisions you make.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father of three boys and one daughter, and they are my biggest motivation. They definitely keep life busy—there’s always something happening, whether it’s sport, noise, or a bit of friendly competition at home. They keep me grounded and reinforce why what I do matters—protecting families and creating security for the future. I place a strong value on balance, family time, and making the most of life—both at work and at home.
