As the Client Support Team Leader at Apex Advice, I ensure all client queries get handled as quickly as possible. When you call us about your current policy, the client support team will do their best to resolve your queries, promptly and professionally.
Having started my career in banking overseas, I relocated to Auckland and joined Apex as a Financial Adviser, before changing roles to Office Manager and then Client Support. My work experience greatly benefits my current role, which is challenging and rewarding. I work with an enthusiastic team, who strive to deliver a rewarding client experience.
In my downtime, I enjoy local and foreign travel and spending time with family and friends.
