As the Client Support Team leader at Apex Advice, I ensure all client queries get handled as quickly as possible. When you call us about your current policy, the client support team will do their best to resolve your queries, promptly and professionally. Having started my career in banking overseas, I relocated to Auckland and joined Apex some years ago as a Financial Adviser, before moving over to Office Manager and then Client Support.
